Terrigal Tranquillity is a centrally located apartment with a pool in the complex. Terrigal Tranquillity is a spacious apartment located in the heart of Terrigal and only 125 metres flat walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is in a gated complex with a pool and is a great apartment for families. It offers an open plan feel with a large private courtyard containing an outdoor setting off the living space. The Terrigal Bay complex has a communal swimming pool and secure undercover parking for one. Master bedroom contains a queen bed, TV, built-in robes and a second private courtyard with an outdoor setting. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed and built-in robe and 3 contains two single and a built-in robe. -Living space contains a TV, DVD player, WiFi and split air-conditioning in the lounge room. -Kitchen has dishwasher, double sink, electric cook top, oven, microwave. -Large enclosed courtyard with BBQ; table setting for 6; shared swimming pool. -125 metres flat walk to the beach; private sunny position at rear of complex. -Wi-Fi internet; tasteful d cor, secure undercover parking for one car. -Bathroom contains a bath, shower and separate toilet, separate full laundry. - Small dogs welcome on approval from owner/manager. -Please note: Linen/towels supplied.
