Four bedroom house with HEATED swimming pool and 1,000sqm of tropical private open space. The space: Renovated four bedroom house with swimming pool and big backyard. Outdoor dining and covered entertainment area with BBQ, table tennis and darts. The swimming pool receives plenty of shade from the surrounding tropical palms. Large kitchen and open plan living and dining. WiFi and Netflix available. Ceiling fans and split system air-conditioners to all rooms, and louvers provide cross flow ventilation. Plenty of activities to keep the kids busy including an outdoor playground. The house has 2 bathrooms, one is a 2-way ensuite. Kitchen and bathroom essentials provided. Three bedrooms comprise queen sized beds, and the fourth bedroom contains a double bed with single bunk overhead. One room has external access via covered patio. The house is baby and child friendly, with most baby essentials provided for use, guests must bring their own age appropriate blankets for the port-a-cot. 8-seater Kia Carnival available separately through Uber Carshare. Please advise host at time of booking if you are interested.
We renovated this family home and absolutely adore it. We put great effort into maintaining it to a high standard, and hope you love it as much as we do. Please leave it in the same condition as you found it.
The house is well positioned between Palm Cove and the Cairns CBD. Note: We have a deal with a Cairns local to keep an 8 seater Kia Carnival at the property. Our guests are given first choice to this vehicle, booked separately through Car Next Door. Guests are to understand that if they chose not to accept this opportunity, the car may remain at the property if not leased to someone else. Message the host for the link to the car.
