Brand New Luxury Building with 24 hour security and private parking in heart of downtown overlooking the harbor. Incredible 360 views of the island from the rooftop. Experience magical sunsets from your private balcony with ocean and city views. Peaceful studio on the 4th floor . Steps from many restaurants, bars, shops and casinos.

Oranjestad’s streets and malls are filled with international luxury retailers, diverse boutiques and dazzling jewelry stores. Bus station and trolley are steps away . At your doorstep you have casinos, bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, cinema, mini marts and Starbucks. You will find history and culture at every turn…some must-see museums include Ft. Zoutman and the National Archeological Museum. Right next door to famous flamingo beach and 5 minutes to world renowned Eagle Beach. Condo is 10 minute drive from the airport. Bus station is right across the street . Parking in outdoor lot included. The 24 hour security at front desk will call you a taxi anytime.
