Room 1: This is the front room with queen sized bed, TV with cable, AC. Room 2: This is the middle room with 2 twin sized beds, TV with cable, AC, great for sleeping two. Room 3: This is the master bedroom. It has a king sized bed, it's own bathroom, walk in closet, TV with cable, AC, view to the backyard. It has a modern kitchen, with everything you need ! Comes with: -Utensils - Pans/Pots - Spices – Oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, grill ect. * HOT WATER INCLUDED *

The neighborhood is a residential and quite save . There are no houses around the back and only green. The house is fully fenced, with security systems and alarm. You will need to rent a car for convenience. Public transportation is also easily available.
