Кућа је направљена у етно стилу. Идеална је за породични одмор или пословне састанке.Смјештена је на благом узвишењу са погледом на језеро. Од Билећког језера удаљена десетак минута хода, а од града Требиња 16 километара.У љетњем периоду купање на Билећком језеру чини саставни дио одмора. Погодна за организовање пословних састанака уз ручак или вечеру, о чему се можемо накнадно договорити.Посједује прелијепу печењару.Могућност прављења јела, печења на ражњу, хљеб испод сача,припрема и печења хране из сачева, роштиља, котлића, домаћих јела су само мали дио ове понуде,о чему се можемо договорити. Кућа је идеална и за љубитеље лова и риболова и све оне који уживају у чарима природе.
О домаћину ће говорити вријеме.
У непосредној близини куће налази се Билећко језеро.Са натпросјечном температуром воде у љетњем периоду идеално мјесто за одмор и купање.Идеално мјесто за љубитеље лова и риболова.У близини објекта смјештена је и фарма која се бави овчарством и сточарством. На 3 километра од објекта налази се Православна црква, која датира из раног периода Хришћанства. Сматра се да је то једна од најљепших гробљанских цркава у Херцеговини.Посвећена је Вазнесењу Господњем.Са јужне стране објекта простире се планински масив Глумина,који је својим огромним пространством идеалан за љубитеље лова.Читав крај је благословен разуђеном и очуваном природом па се мјештани овог краја баве пчеларством.
