Het appartement bevindt zich in Oostende en kijkt uit op de haven en de Mercator. Dit biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving, met de bedrijvigheid van de haven en het historische schip Mercator als kenmerkende elementen. Het vernieuwde appartement telt - twee slaapkamers (1x tweepersoonsbed en 1x stapelbed). - Badkamer met douche - Kleine maar goed uitgeruste keuken met kookplaat, microgolf en oven. - Comfortabele living met televisie
De directe omgeving van het appartement is zeer gunstig met een grote Delhaize supermarkt, Panos (een broodjeszaak), een frituur, apotheek, wassalon en diverse andere winkels in de buurt. Hierdoor hebben je als huurder gemakkelijk toegang tot alles wat ze nodig hebben tijdens je verblijf. Op slechts 10 minuten loopafstand bevindt zich het bruisende centrum van Oostende en het prachtige strand. Dit maakt het gemakkelijk voor huurders om te genieten van de vele attracties en activiteiten die de stad te bieden heeft. Gasten kunnen gratis parkeren in de Parking Maria Hendrikapark, op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand van het appartement. Voor meer gemak is er ook een betalende parkeermogelijkheid beschikbaar in de Qpark op slechts 1 minuut loopafstand. In de directe omgeving van het appartement zijn er tal van restaurants, musea en winkels
