This charming 2-bedroom cottage in Chiny, in the Belgian Ardennes, is perfect for a small family or group of 4. Enjoy a peaceful escape with a private roofed terrace, barbecue, and fenced garden, ideal for outdoor meals or unwinding with a glass of wine. Located just 500 m from the town centre, restaurants, and supermarkets, this home offers both seclusion and convenience. Explore the scenic Semois Valley with its beautiful meanders, or take a traditional descent by boat from Chiny. Visit the iconic Orval Abbey, only 7 km away, and sample its famous beer. Inside, you'll find a cozy sitting room with a fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings. Central heating keeps the whole home comfortable year-round. A fully equipped kitchen, high chair, and children's bed ensure a family-friendly stay. One pet is welcome for a small fee. Free parking and bicycles are available for exploring the area with ease. A security deposit of EUR 35,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
