It's one step away from the beach in a very nice neighbourhood where you can find retaurants, bars, Casino... etc.... Nearby the citycenter (5min' away) Marketplace, shoppingcenter etc... suits for a citytrip, a romantic holiday as well as a family holiday... a beach holiday....
