You will just love this two bedroom, two bathroom beachfront villa. A private pool with deck, palapa on the the beach with bar and hammocks are available to fulfill your vacation dream. The house is fully fenced in and faces east for those perfect sunrises. This home is set back from the road to provide more privacy. There is a sweeping staircase up to the living area. Huge open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The island is spacious enough to comfortable seat six, the kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances, crockery and cookware. Living and bedroom areas have great artwork from both local and international artists. If you like to BBQ, there is a gas grill on the balcony to fix your perfect Caribbean dinner. The three smart TVs will provide perfect entertainment. The master bedroom with queen bed has a full ensuite bathroom and dressing area. It has a walkout balcony that leads down to the pool and beach. The second bedroom has two queen beds and also has a walkout balcony that leads down to the pool and beach. The second bathroom has shower, toilet and single vanity. There is also a separate laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing board. The swimming pool and deck are just off the house, and there is also a freshwater shower by the pool for rinsing off after you have been in the pool or ocean. On the beach there is a private palapa with hammocks, and your own little beach bar - bring your own bartender! And a double seater kayak awaits you too.

The house is centrally located in Maya Beach, just a short walk to the nearest grocery store and a selection of restaurants including Azure del Mar, Mangos and more. We do recommend a car rental for getting around. We also have 2 bikes if you prefer to be active.
