This casual, beachy retreat offers a gorgeous location on the shores of the Caribbean Sea, a dock, and a shaded veranda where you can sip sunset cocktails and dine in the warm sea breeze. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen (without a dishwasher) The dock and the beach are shared with the downstairs guests Due to low railings on the balcony and an open staircase near the bed, this rental is not suitable for young children You must be 18 years or older to rent this property.

Neighbourhood information

This listing is for the upper floor of a beachfront duplex that sits at the northern end of the serene Placencia Peninsula (the downstairs, Garden Suites @ Casa Edie, is available to rent as well). You'll be four miles north of Maya Beach, 11 miles north of Placencia Village, and just a few steps from the sand, a shared dock, and swings and hammocks that adorn the shoreline.
