You will stay in a beautiful 2 Bedroom guest-suite within a modern home centrally located about 20 mins drive from Niagara Falls, 10 mins from Welland Canal, 5 mins from Niagara college, 11 mins from Brock University, 40mins from Buffalo USA, 90 mins from Toronto ON, near tourist centers, parks, beaches and hiking trails. Well-equipped for your convenience and comfort, this suite is self-contained and boasts of 2 large bedrooms, full washroom, laundry, kitchen, sitting and dining areas beautifully furnished. There is a linen closet containing bathrobes and extra linen for your comfort. You will also have access to the shared home gym in a separate space proximal to the guest-suite! The gym is equipped with treadmill and rower to help you keep to your fitness goals! You will find in each bedroom a cozy queen size bed, closet and a workspace (Table + chair + lamp). A toddler crib and a Graco baby playpen with mattress are available to accommodate additional 2 guests (1 baby and 1 toddler)- upon request by a traveling young family! Feel free to explore your culinary skills in the kitchen well ventilated and equipped with basic cooking appliances including coffee machine (drip coffee and k-cup pod), toaster, electric kettle, blender, basic cookware and dishwasher. Feel free to use the starter beverages provided for your enjoyment! For the entirety of your stay, you will have adequate supply of toilet tissues, facial tissues, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and hand wash. To get you through a couple of nights, starter toiletries are provided. Just prior to your entry to the guest-suite there is the shoe+coat rack- for you to loosen up and start the adventure! The upper level of the home above the guest-suite is occupied by a peaceful young family, such that during non-quiet times, the presence of the upper level occupants may be felt in the guest-suite. My name is Alfred Chima, and I work in the pharmaceutical industry. I am passionate about managing a hospitality business that focuses on meeting guest satisfaction through continuous improvement of guest experience, while keeping the services affordable. My spouse, 2 adorable kids and I live on the property. I like to play soccer and board games (e.g scrabble, chess, checkers) at my spare time. I also like to watch soccer competitions like the English Premier League and European champions league. While the main purpose of hosting is to have additional income to offset our domestic bills, we find it fulfilling when our guests share about their positive experience in staying with us.
