The fine print
Same credit card used to book the reservation, along with a valid ID, must be presented to be able to check in. A $200 credit card hold is required at check-in.
The following fees apply and are subject to change without notice: - Early check-in fee (if available) before 2pm = 50% of nightly rate, 2pm -4pm = $50. - Late check-out fee (if available) up to 1pm = $50, 1pm - 6pm = 50% of nightly rate. - Secure Underground Parking is available $25 per day plus tax.
The hotel has a limited number of dog-friendly Suites available. Request must be made at the time of booking. An additional charge per dog of $29 per night will be applied (plus applicable taxes). There is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed per Suite. We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets other than dogs. Dog-free Suites are available upon request at time of booking.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
