The property is situated in the calm and beautiful town of Guelph. It is on a quiet family friendly street with amazing people . The streets have walkways and very secure . The apartment is a basement with a private side entrance . Nothing is shared with the people living in the main house . It has its own bathroom , kitchen , laundry and living room . Th room will only share these things with another room in the basement. The room has a queen sized bed that can comfortably accommodate a very two tall persons . The room is big and spacious.
