This stylish place to stay is perfect for small family, an individual or a couple visiting Whitby. Gorgeous newly built 2 bedroom 1 bath legal basement approx. 950 sqf (registered with Town of Whitby, meets building code requirements) at one of the best neighborhoods in Whitby. Close to Walmart, Superstore, Dollarama, LCBO, Thermea Spa and many more. One parking spot available on the driveway (please park on west side of the driveway) Steps away from the bus stop Wifi, Netflix & Amazon Prime are included Please send a small note after booking mentioning from where you are coming and your purpose of visit. House Rules: Only registered guest are allowed even if they are not sleeping No smoking inside or outside the property No pets No parties or events No weed or any illegal substance Other things to note - we will NOT offer REFUND if any house rule or regulation has been violated by the guest and you will be asked to leave, it will be grounds for immediate termination of the reservation.
