I have been living in Lethbridge, Alberta for the past 18 years. Originally from Newfoundland and have lived from one end of the country to the other! A quiet family neighbourhood located on the West side of Lethbridge. Large lot backing on to a park and playground. Located close to University of Lethbridge, Nicholas Sheran park, grocery stores, shopping, walking trails and public transit. There is one dedicated parking spot on the right hand side of the driveway in front of the archway entrance. There is also plenty of street parking parallel to the curb. Please be careful not to block the neighbours driveways.
