Completely renovated home with modern & rustic design elements. Warm & welcoming vibe as you walk through the door. Open concept design connecting the kitchen, dining & living areas. 2 large windows providing plenty of natural light & great views of the countryside-perfect view of sunsets right from the dining table. Main floor features include a fully-stocked kitchen with granite countertops & island, large 36" fridge, modern propane fireplace, high-quality pool table, pull-out sofa bed, laundry area & bedroom with queen-size bed, 4pc ensuite (Whirlpool jetted tub, Tushy bidet, spacious rainfall shower & Bluetooth speaker/fan) & large walk-in closet. Sliding doors lead to a large deck off of the kitchen with propane BBQ, patio table & chairs that accommodates up to 6 people. Lower level features a wood burning stove & games area with FABI foosball table, bumper pool table & darts. Enjoy watching a movie in the theatre area with a large screen, projector, Bluetooth receiver & high-quality speakers - feels just like you are at the movies. 2 extra sleeping areas, queen bed & full-size pull-out sofa. Enjoy the outdoors on a 12+ acre property with plenty of space to roam around. Firepit with chairs, picnic table & hammock. Great location for winter and summer alike. This area is well known for its various hiking trails. Bruce Trail, access point just down the road. In the Winter enjoy Snowmobile and cross-country ski trails nearby. In the Summer enjoy the various public swimming spots/water access nearby- Presqu'lle boat launch, Sarawak Family Park, Centennial Park, Big Bay, Kelso Beach Park, Blue Water Park, Hibou Park, and of course Sauble Beach (now Saugeen Beach) & Sauble Falls. Rent kayaks, or go river tubing. Cobble Beach Golf Resort just down the road with cross-country ski trails, walking trails, Enchanted Fairy trail, spa, and Sweetwater restaurant. Check out the various waterfalls nearby: Jones falls, Inglis falls, and Indian falls is a favourite for the tobogganing hill and great hiking trails. Harrison Park is a local favourite with hiking trails, outdoor skating, tobogganing hill, restaurant, pool, paddle boating, mini golf & duck sanctuary. Top things to do in the area: Hike the Bruce Trail, access point just down the road. Various Hiking Trails - Skinners Bluff is a popular one. Snowmobile, cross-country ski, and ATV trails nearby.
