Small studio (ONLY FOR NO SMOKER) with private bathroom, private kitchen, private entrance and parking. It is in a single-family house near Montreal. It is equipped with a wall-mounted heat pump, underfloor heating, humidity detector, oil heater, portable induction cooktop et fully equipped kitchen etc. The bed is queen size. Washer and dryer are shared. Renovation completed in January 2023. All furniture is from 2023. Several shops within walking distance. Warning! 1) If you are taller than 6 feet the bedroom ceiling may be too low for you. 2) There are 16 steps to enter the loft and 13 more steps to go up to the bedroom. SMOKING (TOBACCO, CANNABIS, VAPE, MARIJUANA etc.) IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN, EVEN OUTSIDE. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a stay ban. Quiet hours policy 22h - 8h. If a reservation is made for ONLY ONE guest no one else can be in the studio.
