It is very quiet as it is face to backyard and no room above it. <<<< GUERST ACCESS >>>> There is a common area with kitchen, living room and bathroom, washer and dryer on the 2nd floor shared with all guests in this unit. <<<< PLEASE NOTE>>>> -It is on 3rd floor and therefore it might be an issue for guests with heavy luggage; - There is a common area ( kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and bathroom) on 2nd floor, it is shared with all guests from Room A, Room B and Room C; - Quiet hours is from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. the next day, except until 9 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays. - Parking: Free parking at yard subject to availability. PLEASE RESERVE PARKING SPOT after booking tour room - It is a Self-Cleaning Kitchen, So Clean Up After Yourself (including dining table); - Luggage storage service available, contact host for details before check in / check out; - Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the UNFINISHED BASEMENT, so please use it daytime ( as it is dark in the evening and not safe for guests not familiar with surroundings).
