Welcome to stay in this comfortable and clean suite in a basement of a house in the Joyce & Kingsway. It has a separate entrance, balcony and parking spot inside the back yard. This is a convenient neighbourhood with banks, stores, and restaurants within walking distance. Only 7 minutes away from Joyce Collingwood Skytrain Station and close to several bus line stops. 2 stops to Metrotown shopping mall and 5 stops to Downtown. Mostly new furniture and secure backyard parking (suitable for a small car) Family style suite The room contains two Queen size beds, new beddings and new pillows The small kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave and cooking utensils, and provides cutlery, cutter and seasonings for simple cooking. Free coffee and tea.
Love travelling !! We aim to make comfortable nights for your trips. I live with my family + 2 lovely indoor cats upstairs. If you need any help during your stay, please feel free to contact us.
This house is close to: -Joyce Skytrain station: 7mins walks to the station; 2 stops to Metrotown, the biggest shopping mall in BC; 5 stops to downtown Vancouver. -bus: 41, R4, 19, 26, 27, 28 -Kingsway: a major thoroughfare that crosses through Vancouver and Burnaby. *for driving to YVR Airport, around 25 mins
