We look forward to welcoming you! ** Important notice – renovations from November 3 to December 12, 2025 ** Renovations will take place at the back of the building (terraces and rear wall) from Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. The rooms available for booking during this period are located at the front of the building, minimizing the impact of the work. Some daytime noise may be heard, but it will not directly affect the front rooms. This information is shared prior to booking to ensure full transparency.

We cannot set it individually for each room. ** ** This building is overlooking Saint-Denis street, home to superb cafés, restaurants, boutiques and much more! Pedestrian Street: From June 18 to September 17, 2024, Saint-Denis Street (between Sherbrooke Street and Boulevard de Maisonneuve) is transformed into a pedestrian-only zone. This means no car traffic—just a relaxed, festive atmosphere filled with local shops, cafés, and cultural events right outside your door. Indigo Parking – Espace Saint-Denis: Our building does not have private parking, but we highly recommend Indigo Parking, located under Espace Saint-Denis at 1601 Sanguinet Street, directly across from our property (1595 Saint-Denis Street). Please note that this is not an official partnership—just a convenient option for our guests. Location & Access: The entrance is on Sanguinet Street, just a one-minute walk from our building. It remains accessible even during the summer months when Saint-Denis Street becomes pedestrian-only. Security: This is an indoor, monitored parking facility, providing peace of mind for your vehicle. Rate: Rates may vary, so we suggest checking directly with the parking facility for the most up-to-date pricing. Getting Around: We’re only a 2-minute walk from Berri-UQAM Metro Station, a major hub with three metro lines, making it easy to explore all corners of Montreal quickly and conveniently. Our Vibrant Location: On the ground floor of our building, you’ll find a Mexican restaurant, but the real highlight is our prime spot on Saint-Denis Street, in the heart of the Quartier Latin. This lively neighborhood is home to an incredible variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, and unique shops. Directly across from us is Espace Saint-Denis, a renowned theater with an exciting program of shows, immersing visitors in Montreal’s cultural scene. Note About Noise: Saint-Denis is one of Montreal’s most dynamic commercial streets. While our building is equipped with double-glazed windows to reduce sound, some city noise is to be expected. Keep this in mind when booking.
