If you are looking for a warm and cozy place well located in the heart of the city of Montreal, this place is for you! → Cute little studio (with double bed) → Studio size: 200 Sq ft → 1st floor (above street level - must climb stairs) → No TV in the unit → Our building has 2 entrances: 4113 & 4119 Saint Denis - 940MbPS free unlimited wifi (the fastest wifi on the market, ideal for working) - KEURIG coffee maker + free coffee (pods) - Clean towels + bathroom essentials included - Fully equipped kitchenette - Washer and dryer in the building - Hair dryer, iron & ironing board - Central AC (for the whole building & units) - Heating System (thermostat in the unit) - Self check-in ** Air conditioning is central to the building. We always try to maintain a temperature of 21 degrees Celsius in the units. We cannot set it individually for each room. ** ** This building is overlooking Saint-Denis street, home to superb cafés, restaurants, boutiques and much more! It's a busy street with wonderful activities, but it can also come with some noise from the local businesses. ** ** IMPORTANT ** This is a self check-in tourism rental. All arrival details will be sent through the Booking platform. If you prefer to receive this information by email, please provide us with your email address. It is essential to review these messages BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL to ensure a smooth stay. ** Important notice – renovations from November 3 to December 12, 2025 ** Renovations will take place at the back of the building (terraces and rear wall) from Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. The rooms available for booking during this period are located at the front of the building, minimizing the impact of the work. Some daytime noise may be heard, but it will not directly affect the front rooms. This information is shared prior to booking to ensure full transparency.

Neighbourhood information

Located in the heart of downtown, it is very easy to get around in our neighbourhood! Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Saint-Denis is home to a great street festival named 'Montreal Comic Arts Festival' (May 23-25). During that week, Saint Denis (between Gilford and Roy) will be pedestrian only. Please note that parking and circulation by vehicle will not be possible at that time. The closest metro station to our building is Mont-Royal station - orange line (10 mins walk). In addition, there are many bus lines that pass through the neighborhood (30, 11, etc.). There is also a bike path on a good part of Saint-Denis street, which makes biking very pleasant. Not to mention that there is many BIXI station (bike rental) located around our building.
