Licence#00005475. Our newer townhome is in Parksville BC, on the beautiful oceanfront property of Sunrise Ridge Resort. Guests have access to the Resort amenities such as outdoor Hot Tub, Pool (Seasonal), Gym, Outdoor Fire pit, Private Beach Access and ample Parking. The Resort is located on Craig Bay on the Ocean and within easy walking distance to Rathtrevor Beach. Enjoy the trails and pathways or just the ambiance of being surrounded by the Ocean and Nature. Neighbourhood information

Located on Resort Drive which has a great flat pathway to walk or ride your bike along. Resort drive in itself has lots of family-friendly things to do all within walking distance from Sunrise Ridge including; Spas, Mini Golf, Bumper Boats Aracade. Ice cream shop, restaurants, and more! Plus, there is 7 kms of coastline along Craig Bay and adjacent Rathtrevor Beach for you to explore. We recommend bringing your water shoes to help you over the rocky areas. Don't worry, there is literally miles of sandy beach to explore! 30 minute drive to Nanaimo 30 minute drive to Vancouver Island University (VIU) 30 minute drive to Departure Bay Ferry Terminal 2.5 hour drive to Tofino 1 hour drive to Mt Washington Ski Hill 1 hour drive to Comox Airport 40 minute drive to Nanaimo Airport Ample Free Resort Parking as well as two EV Charging Stations.
