THE EMPTY NEST Bed and Breakfast is located at the entrance to Prince Edward County, just two hours east of Toronto and three hours from Ottawa and Montreal. We offer two beautiful suites, each with private ensuite bath, luxurious German bedding, and spa quality bathrobes and towels. THE BAY VIEW SUITE features a King size bed, sitting area in front of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath has a separate walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, and a clawfoot tub where you can also enjoy a view over the water. THE NEST SUITE, also facing the bay, features a bedroom with Queen size bed, adjacent, private sitting room, and beautifully appointed full bathroom. These three rooms are separated by a door to the "quest wing". Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the deck or the beach. The private lane way ensures you are not bothered by tourism traffic.

There is nothing more welcoming than Susan's warm smile. She goes out of her way to make your stay extra special, - fresh flowers by your bed, home made treats in your room, and if you let her know in advance of any food sensitivities she is happy to accommodate. Breakfasts are spectacular and matched only by the elaborate table settings. Susan has travelled and lived abroad and that is reflected in her home and attention to fine details. She has always enjoyed entertaining and making people feel welcome and special in her beautiful home on the bay.

It is hard to believe that this spa like sanctuary exists so close to the second busiest wine area in Ontario. Enjoy award winning wineries and restaurants, lovely shops and boutiques, and then return to the peacefulness of Wellers Bay. A community where passing cars wave, farmers offer fresh produce on the honour system, and joggers and cyclists enjoy nature year round. Gaze at the stars, watch as the sun sets over the bay, listen to the call of the loons and the sounds of the many different types of waterfowl. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping the shore.
