46A is a family-run 3-star apartment hotel with 27 rooms—all decorated in a modern yet simple style, and well equipped for accommodation that feels like home. The hotel enjoys a convenient location - ideally situated near Lake Leman (only 5-minutes away on foot!) and within walking distance to the city of Lausanne, bus stop and train station (Ouchy metro station). For a short or long-term stay, there’s plenty of room to spread out at our spacious apartments, with home comforts such as fully equipped kitchens, 210 cm-long beds, cable TVs, free wifi, and vending machines for drinks, snacks, toiletries, electronic device cables, etc. Our self-catering units allow you to manage your own experience—make your own meals, dine at the restaurant or order food and enjoy at the comfort of your apartment. A supermarket is only 20m away. Sleep, relax and repeat the process. Fitness and beauty salon will cater to all your needs.

Neighbourhood information

Our hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from the lake. Actually, most places are within walking distance-- restaurants, bars, museums, the lake, grocery stores, post office, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. We are surrounded by offices of international companies and organizations such as Nespresso, Olympic Committee Offices, Philip Morris International and British American Tobacco among many others, so we mainly cater to guests traveling on business for short or long term. During the holidays, our guests enjoy having picnics by the lake, walking to the Olympic Museum for a visit and taking the boat tours at CGN (only 3 bus stops away from our hotel!).
