The spacious 160m2 4.5-room apartment is located on the ground floor and has one bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds, two en-suite bathrooms with bath and toilet, one en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate guest toilet. The heart of the apartment is the modern, top of the range kitchen with an open, comfortable dining/living area. The large terrace invites you to relax and offers beautiful views of the mountain panorama. The house is 10 minutes’ walk from the village centre. The bus stop is close by. WiFi and two garage parking spaces are included in the rent. Pets are allowed on request. Smoking in the house, as well using the fireplace is not allowed.
