The 77m2 3.5-room apartment on the ground floor offers modern luxury. It has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bath, shower and sauna, and a separate toilet. The apartment has a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a bright, cosy dining/living area. From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful mountain panorama. The house is in the centre of the village, two minutes’ walk from the First cable car. The bus stop is close by. WiFi and a garage parking space are included in the rent. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.
