This beautiful 4-room apartment is located in the attic of the Arolla Residence, near Médran. It features a spacious living room with a fireplace, a TV and direct access to the balcony. The dining area adjoins a separate, fully equipped kitchen. The night area has a bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms, each with two single beds. The apartment also offers a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, as well as a second bathroom equipped with a bathtub, sink and toilet. A sunny balcony completes the living space. A parking space is available in a garage located about 100 meters away. Pets are allowed on request.
