The chalet is located near the edge of the village of Malix and is ideal for nature lovers. The house is on a slope. From the car park, a footpath of about 40m leads up to the apartment. Good shoes are recommended in winter. Shopping in the village: the farm shop on the upper edge of the village sells local products from farmers.
The Lenzerheide Arosa hiking, biking and skiing area is just 8 minutes away by car. The small Brambrüesch hiking, biking and skiing area is 10 minutes away by car.
Malix is located in the Graubünden mountains, 7 km from Chur at 1200 m above sea level. Chur is the oldest city in Switzerland with a beautiful old town and various cultural offerings.
