This historic house, nestled in the picturesque old village center, offers you the perfect blend of past and present. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the pristine forests of the valley from the sunny south-facing balcony. Just 5 km away is the town of Tesserete, and the vibrant city of Lugano is within a 30-minute drive or bus ride. For nature enthusiasts, hikers, climbers, and mountain bikers, Casa Holamundo presents a peaceful retreat. Inside, a cozy ambiance awaits you: from the entrance, a steep stone staircase leads to the living area, which is equipped with a welcoming fireplace. The open-space layout connects the living room with the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, spices, coffee, and tea. On the upper floor, there is a spacious bedroom that provides access to another room with two single beds. This room, perfect as a reading room or meditation space, also includes a small library. The amenities also include a fireplace for use at your discretion, sun umbrellas, a lounge chair, and a table and chairs for the balcony. The exterior of Casa Holamundo is marked by a parking space reserved for guests, about 200 meters away. From the parking spot, you reach the house via a picturesque path. Nearby is a bus stop with connections to Tesserete. In the immediate vicinity of the house, there are various recreational opportunities, including hiking trails and mountain bike routes that start right outside your doorstep. Please note that the house is not suitable for small children, people with disabilities, or pets due to its historic construction and many stairs. A washing machine is available to guests, and a multitude of sports and leisure opportunities in the area round off your stay. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
