Speciale Home is are a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

Property information

We do have 2 apartments in the building: Attic apartment: approximately 90 square meter apartment is located on the 4th floor with lift of Chesa La Diala. It has a lounge with open kitchen and south-facing balcony overlooking the entire valley. Staircase that goes up to the second level of the room with TV area. 3 bedrooms apartment: apartment of about 120 meters in wood paneling consists of three bedrooms. Double bedroom with bathroom with shower and bathtub en suite and two bedrooms with bunk beds. Second bathroom with shower. Large living room with open kitchen. Balcony facing south and from which it is possible to admire the entire valley. One mechanized parking space per apartment, shared laundry, ski and bicycle storage. Double bedroom and bedroom with bunk bed. Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. Wifi. Motorized parking space in the garage. Shared laundry and ski/bicycle storage.

Neighbourhood information

Chesa Diala is located in a sunny area in the Castell district of Zuoz. 450 meters from the Zuoz chairlift, 350 meters from the Chaunt da Crush bus stop and 1 km from the train station, supermarket and the center of Zuoz. St. Moritz is 17 km away. Both in summer and winter the walks start directly from the house. The condominium has a garage, ski and bicycle storage and communal laundry.
