We do manage 2 apartments in the building:
The apartment on the second floor without a lift develops over two levels. On the first level are the large living room with dining area, the separate kitchen, the master bedroom with en suite bathroom equipped with shower, the second bedroom with bunk bed and the bathroom with shower in the corridor.
The second level, accessible via an internal staircase, houses two rooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with a bathtub.
They complete the property with two parking spaces in the garage, the condominium laundry room and the ski room.
The attic apartment on the third floor without lift is about 90 square meters and has a large living room, equipped kitchen, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Room with two single beds and bathroom.

Shared laundry and ski room.
It is strictly forbidden to use the gym.

Chesa Ronchi is located in the San Gian area of Celerina next to the Rosatch hotel, very close to the beautiful San Gian church and its meadows. Cross-country ski trails and hiking paths are directly accessible from the apartment. The railway station is 500 metres away, the Celerina-Marguns cable car which provides access to the St. Moritz ski area is 1 km away, and in winter the free shuttle to reach the ski facilities passes right by the house. The supermarket is just 300 metres away. St Moritz is 5 km distant.
