simple property, room in the 4 floor (only by stairs, no lift/elevator), there is no Shower or Bathtub, there is a shared Toilet next door (usually no other persons there), there is no kitchen. The room has a sink, and nearby are places like a gym/spa etc. where you could use a paid shower (so it's possible to wash yourself). There is a Microwave but it's not aloud to head food with strong smell, also a water cooker available and some instant noodles and tea. No smoking.
