In our carefully renovated wooden house, which is almost 250 years old. We rent a cosy, rustic 3-room attic flat with gallery. Spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, NESPRESSO coffee machine, microwave, raclette oven, fondue pot, toaster, hot water kettle and washing machine. Extremely comfortable living and dining room with two sofas, large dining table for up to 6 people, flat-screen cable TV and digital radio. One double bedroom, a gallery with two single beds, a bathroom with bath/shower with glass shower wall and toilet. The two balconies and windows offer magnificent views of the mountains and Lake Thun. A real bijou to enjoy in a quiet, country setting. Surrounded by farming and animals.
It is always a great pleasure for me to welcome my guests personally on arrival. This also gives me the opportunity to give them tips for excursions and answer any questions they may have. In my past I worked in gastronomy and for a long time as a flight attendant and chef de cabin. I also worked part-time for the Jungfrau Railway for a few years. In my free time, I enjoy being in the mountains and in nature.
Our village HONDRICH is very rural and quiet and only 3 kilometers above SPIEZ. All important stores as well as many different restaurants are located in SPIEZ and also directly at the LAKE OF THUN. The bay of SPIEZ with the castle is particularly beautiful. SPIEZ also has a very nice heated outdoor pool. Our village HONDRICH is very well connected to the bus network of BAHNOF SPIEZ. The buses run every 30 minutes. The travel time is 10 minutes. Bus number 62 and 63 to HONDRICH BÜHLEN.
