Property information

The room offers around 15 square meters of living space, is south-facing, built in 2001, and features a modern tiled floor. It is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) or two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and bedside tables. A TV, table and chairs, underfloor heating, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle are also provided. The bathroom with a shower, toilet, and underfloor heating is located on the first floor and is shared with the other first-floor room. The bright living and dining room and the kitchen, equipped with everything you might need, are shared.
