MARAINI APARTMENTS is a complex of recently renovated apartments, in a strategic position to get around the city and discover its cultural and landscape beauties, a few steps from the LAC Museum and the lakefront and a few minutes from the historic center. The bright colors and design furniture of the MARAINI apartments will welcome you as at home! The large and modern kitchens are equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and equipped with everything you need to cook! NO PRIVATE PARKING AVAILABLE: ask our team, I will be able to recommend the most comfortable and close public parking lot!

Lakefront and Lac, the city centre and the station of Lugano are, respectively, 5 and 7 minutes’ walk away; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is very well served: in front of the building, there is a grocery store. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station walk about 15 minutes (about 1 km) along Via Clemente Maraini, or take bus No. 2 for 2 stops or No. 4 for 2 stops (5 minutes) until "Lugano Loreto" stop. The building is located 10 meters from the bus stop. If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Sud" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment.
