* It is important to know that you can arrive at the accommodation and self-check in at any time, but I will be available by phone only from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM in case you have any problems collecting the key.

*Pets are not allowed at the property.

* No smoking inside the building.

* No smoking inside my apartment.

* Losing the key costs 600 Swiss francs.

* No parties.

* In Switzerland, noise is prohibited after 10:00 PM, and between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM, which is lunchtime. During these hours, you may not use the vacuum cleaner.

* Please respect the 11:00 AM check-out time.

* Pets are not allowed.

* You must leave the accommodation in good condition.

* I will take out the trash (if your stay is very long, you must send me a WhatsApp message so I can pick up the trash when needed).

* When you leave the accommodation, you must leave the lights off and all appliances off (except the refrigerator).

* Guests are not allowed in my apartment. Only the people listed on the reservation are allowed to enter the property. There are security cameras outside the property.

* Disturbing the neighbors is prohibited (under no circumstances should you knock on their doors).

* Upon checkout, you must leave the key where you found it when you checked in.
