For more freedom and privacy combined with optimal facilities. Situated just half a block from the front of Lake Geneva. A concept designed for your comfort, RdL27 is a high standard residence with a small and exclusive selection of business apartment types to accommodate single travelers, business partners or families. Our residence was renovated in 2010 solely for the purpose of providing 5 star business apartments. All of our apartments are modern with a well designed layout including dining space, lounge area, comfortable bedroom, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and some with balcony or lake view. Contemporary furnished, wooden floors and a well thought light plan, ensures a light and airy feel in all apartments.

The location of RdL27 is unique. With a residence in Vevey, you can have a fantastic living. Close to nature, mountains, and the business centers of Geneva and Zurich The building is located on a pedestrian street in the historical part of Vevey, and a stone’s throw from Lake Geneva’s promenade. Handle your business from your domicile, in close connection to Geneva. Spend an afternoon bicycling in the surrounding mountains, or ski in wintertime. You have short transfer/ transport to some of the most unique and famous ski stations like Verbier, Villars, Port de Soleil or Zermatt. You are situated in the heart of the city close to restaurants and shopping. Train station with direct access to Zurich and Geneva Airport. Both city airports connects you to the rest of Europe. Vevey is only 5 km from Montreux and 15 minutes from Lausanne with train from Vevey Station, 5 mins. walk from RdL27. There is about 1 hour by car to Geneva and 2 hours to Zurich. The effective train infrastructure in Switzerland connects you to the rest of Europe. Milano is just a 3 hours away, as well as Paris is connected to Lausanne, with high speed train service.
