Charming 3 1/2 rooms, wooded attic with character on the 4th floor. Located in the center of the station and shops with a bus stop 50m away and nice view Which is composed as follows: Living room with TV and direct access to the balcony - Kitchen completely renovated in December 2022 (4 hotplates, fridge, oven) - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and sink - 1 double bed under the alcove in the living room - 1 extra bed in a 2nd alcove - 1 bathroom sink, bathtub and WC - 1 bedroom with 2 single pull-out beds, kitchenette, washing/drying machine, and ensuite bathroom. 1 outdoor parking space - No elevator - Pets on request.
