4 ½ room duplex apartment approximately 90m2 – on the 2nd floor. Entrance hall, south-facing living room with large balcony, fireplace, TV/internet, dining area with 1 bench and 4 chairs, well-equipped open kitchen with steam oven, large fridge.
1 shower/WC/sink, 1 bathroom/WC/sink, 1 bedroom to the north with double bed (140/200), 1 bedroom with 2 beds but possible with a double bed (top mattress). Mezzanine – 1 single bed.
1 private outdoor parking space + 2 visitor parking spaces.
