*****NEW Private Lodge steps from the Lake of Geneva "Swiss Lake Lodge" accommodates up to 10 guests. The Lodge occupies a stunning position with beautiful views on the last nature reserve on the shores of Lake Geneva.  Footsteps from the lake & our boat dock. Kayak, canoe, and bicycles are available for our guests free of charge. The house is located in the heart of the nature reserve.   For astronomy fans you'll enjoy gazing at the stars from the roof-top terrace.   Comfortable seating and our own telescope is yours to use and enjoy. A complete renovation/re-build of the property was finalized in early 2019. The home is decorated in a contemporary nature theme with airy & light rooms with box spring beds and Philips HUE dim lighting.  There are 3 spacious decks with dining options on 2 and 1 rooftop deck offering panoramic views of the Swiss Alps and the nature reserve. The eco-friendly villa offers constant regulated temperatures with underfloor heating on all three levels & a water softening system for all facilities. Please note: The lodge can be reserved completely or for smaller groups (ie. 2 adults + 2 children), a lodge apartment can be rented seperately.

Neighbourhood information

Swiss Lake Lodge is located in "Les Grangettes" Nature Reserve, the last fully protected area on the shores of Lake Geneva. A paradise for nature lovers, it’s known for its unspoilt beauty & natural beach with shallow sandy footing You will see egrets, kingfishers, beavers or, depending on the season, migratory birds finding refuge in this unique habitat in Europe. Numerous excursions to nearby attractions in Switzerland, (Castle of Chillon, Swiss Vapeur Park, Chaplins World, Lavaux vineyards, Montreux, Vevey 10-35 minutes by car). Italy (in 1.5h by car) and France (in 20 min by car, 30min by bike, 20min by boat) or even Germany (1.5h by car). Well known Swiss ski resorts are reachable within 45 minutes. If you select our boat service transfer you'll enjoy the calming effect of the fresh lake water, the stunning panorama of the green mountains, dotted towns of Montreux, Villeneuve & the world famous Chateau of Chillon.   If you arrive by car you'll enjoy the views of the alps, and the rivers flowing into the Lake of Geneva and the arrival to our scenic country fields.
