- Our 65m2 accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travellers, business travellers and familie (with children), built in 2016, near the highway with high sound reinforcement windows is completely private & is intended for Booking customers (no one live in), discreet, with personal code to open/close the apartment door (discretion guaranteed) - possibility of using public transport (200 paces away) for free (ask us in advance to prepare your free ticket). You also have free secure indoor parking which is 500m from the Swiss motorway. - free do-it-yourself breakfast - supermarkets and restaurants nearby. - large 25m2 terrace with great view of the mountains, Lake Geneva & overlooking Evian. - compatible home office flat: possibility of working isolated from everything with access to a large terrace, with unlimited coffee or tea, 1GB internet access with printer. - possibility of cooking yourself. - free local landline telephone. - dryer and washing machine available free of charge - two TVs with several channels - compatible family flat: cot and high chair, double bed and double sofa bed, kitchen, children's book and family game, decorated with beautiful art
