A true gem that stands just 50 steps away from the shores of Lugano's lake. Modern, comfortable and perfect for a romantic getaway, a fun trip with friends, or even for a business trip! This fully furnished suite has everything you need to feel like home! Comfortable queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, living room with smart TV and FREE Netflix access, high speed internet & washing machine. The apartment is located in the ground floor and has an independent entrance.

- The lake is just a few meters away, less than 1 minute by feet! - Just a few steps away from the apartment you will find restaurants, bars, a supermarket a laundry shop and even a boat rental! - The closest bus stop is less than a minute away from the apartment, with a bus that passes every 15 minutes to go to the city center and the train station! - If you decide to walk to the city center you'll have to walk for 10 - 15 minutes, and you will walk by the lake the whole time!, on the way you will pass restaurants, the LIDO of Lugano, Tennis courts, Parco Ciani and more!
