The team of friendly and experienced staff include a General Manager, spa therapist and three chefs and each one is dedicated to tailor-making each guest experience. People may arrive as guests but often leave as friends. At The Lodge, customer service means always being professional and honest and constantly searching for new ways to improve on what we do.

Sir Richard Branson's mountain retreat in Verbier, perched high in the Swiss Alps, is the perfect year-round escape. Complete with nine stunning bedrooms and suites, an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis and a friendly team of experienced staff including a spa therapist and Michelin-star trained chefs, The Lodge is a true alpine paradise, ideal for a luxury ski holiday or an active summer break. Meals are served communally, giving you a chance to share what you’ve been up to during the day with other guests. Our rates include breakfast, light lunch or picnic, and dinner as well as all drinks (including alcohol). You can dine al fresco whilst enjoying the fresh mountain air on the terrace where there is a BBQ and bar area. We’re happy to arrange private dinners for a special occasion – just ask us about which rooms would work best for this.

Neighbourhood information

The Lodge sits in the four valleys in the Swiss Alps. This area starts in Verbier and stretches all the way into Nendaz, passing through Veysonnaz, Thyon, and La Tzoumaz, to the furthest point in Les Masses and also including Bruson. All of these resorts can be accessed with a single ski - lift pass, offering the avid skier over 400km of pistes, and probably more again off piste – making it one of the largest skiable areas in the alps. And while everyone knows that Verbier is a fantastic resort in winter, there are also plenty of things to do in summer. From paragliding, canyoning and wine-tasting to yoga, rock climbing, extreme mountain biking, golf, tennis or hiking there is fun for all ages. Burn some energy with walking, biking or swimming in The Lodge’s 9 metre pool; play on the games console, shoot some pool in the games room, relax in one of two Jacuzzis or get pampered in our in-house spa.
