Property information

Recently renovated three storey mansion house dating back to 1907, there are four rooms each with private bathroom with spectacular views of the hills and bay of Valparaiso. Situated at the top of one of Valpo's famous stairways you have a choice - walk up or take the lift! Come and lose yourselves in our beloved Valpo with its street art, winding stairways, historical lifts and trams, fresh air, unforgettable sunsets and bohemian lifestyle. You'll be back time and again!

Neighbourhood information

'Cerro Bellavista' is a close neighbourhood and receives many tourists coming to visit Pablo Neruda's house and the open sky museum. There is a lot of street art around and the local lift 'Espiritu Santo' is steps away. There are also some great restaurants and bars opening up. If you go down the stairway you are in the centre of town close to shops, supermarkets, craft fair and travel links. There is quiet on-street parking close to the house. Taxis are available 24 hours a day and if you go down the stairway you can find bus, tram, taxi and metro options very easily.
