Important Information: 1. Mandatory registration: As this is a residential building, all guests included in the reservation must register at the reception upon check-in. 2. Restricted access: Entry will not be allowed to anyone who has not been registered during check-in. 3. Visitors prohibited: The entry of unregistered visitors into the building is strictly forbidden. 4. Minors: Only minors accompanied by their parents are allowed to check in, and a copy of the child’s birth certificate must be presented. If a minor is traveling alone or with guardians/relatives other than their parents, the following documents are required: -Original notarized authorization signed by both parents including: Dates of stay, name of the accommodation (72HUB by Jalo), and full details of the parents, the minor, and the authorized adult. Copy of the minor’s birth certificate and copies of the parents’ and guardian’s IDs.
