The fine print
There are two ways to get to the hotel: One is thru Tolu-Sucre. Boats leave daily at 8:30 AM; the other way is thru Cartagena; In order to get the tickets from Cartagena to the hotel, you have to reserve and buy the tickets through a boat service provider that the property will provide once they confirm your reservation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
