Reservations with underage children Underage children traveling with their parents must present the birth certificate (or equivalent document) where the relationship can be evidenced. Children traveling with a guardian or relatives who are "NOT" their parents must present: Original notarized permission signed by both parents, indicating the following: - Dates of stay. - Name of the child's parents with identification number. - Name of the child with identification number. - Name of the person they authorize to stay with the child with identification number. - Copy of the child's birth certificate and identity documents of the above mentioned persons. All foreign guests must present birth certificates and notarized permission in Spanish or translated into English, if not presented in either of these two languages will not be allowed entry of the child.

In the lobby of the building there are staff 24/7 who will be in charge of giving you the card that gives you access to the suite/apartment. Visits A visitor is any person who has not registered at the time of check in. A maximum of 2 people can be registered as part of the reservation. A maximum of 2 visitors per Suite is allowed. Housekeeping Service Daily maid service is NOT included in the base rate. Cleaning service will be included under the following conditions: - Stays of 7 nights: 1 cleaning service included in the base rate. - Stays of 14 nights: 2 cleaning services included in the base rate. - Stays of 21 nights: 3 cleaning services included in the base rate. - Stays of 28 nights: 4 cleaning services included in the base rate. The cost per lost card is 60,000 COP/ 15 USD.
