Casa Rica is a gorgeous Ocean View Villa, with large outside pool area and lush gardens . Located on the Southern Nicoya peninsula in Malpais, one of the world’s Blue Zones and only min. drive to the famous surf-destination of Santa Teresa to the North and the Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve to the South. The Villa counts with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large pool and AMAZING VIEW! 4x4 required

Santa Teresa is a spectacular tropical paradise with white sandy beaches, turquoise water and incredible sunsets. For surfers, Santa Teresa has some of the best breaks on the Pacific coast and for wildlife enthusiasts, there is plenty to see everywhere around you! The Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve is just around the corner. The restaurants are incredible and fresh fish is available wherever you go. There is lots to do in ST from zip lining, to horseback riding, to paddle boarding or fishing. You are close to yoga studios, eco tours and lots of wonderful restaurants and bars for a fun night out. There is a grocery store within walking distance and an organic market only a short drive away. Come adventure with us!
