Casa Tranquila is one of 4 homes built in a secluded row of 10 lots. Casa Tranquila is on Lot 5 and currently, the two lots to the left and the 2 lots to the right have no homes on them (we own Lot 6, the grass is cut regularly, and you can enjoy playing on Lot 6 too!) You can park one car in the garage and another 2 cars in the driveway
