Set amidst a vibrant sea of butterflies, the Jungle Bus is a unique retreat designed by Costa Rican architect Francesco Bracci, with Italian-inspired interiors by Francesca Chiostri.
It blends comfort and elegance while keeping it's adventurous spirit. Immersed in lush jungle greenery, come and enjoy the melodies of birds while watching a window on the ocean.
!We are close to the ocean but up on a hill, a 4x4 car is mandatory!
This unique space features:
• A cozy, all-view bedroom with large windows that invite the jungle inside.
• A fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals in the heart of nature.
• Ceiling fans and Air conditioning to ensure a restful stay.
• A cozy terrace where you can relax, enjoy your morning coffee, and take in the vibrant sights and sounds of the jungle, enjoying an ocean view window.
At least 27 species of birds are singing for you every morning!
• A sofa that transforms into a double bed for added flexibility.
• A private indoor bathroom complemented by a stunning outdoor shower, offering a truly immersive connection to the natural surroundings.
The outdoor shower is a special highlight, allowing you to bathe under the canopy of trees while enjoying the sounds and scents of the jungle—a freeing and unforgettable experience.
• The Jungle Bus was installed in December 2023, so the plants in our garden are still growing: very soon they will be blossoming in their full beauty!
• Although surrounded by the lush jungle, you’ll never feel isolated. The main house is just 50 meters away from the Bus, ensuring you’re always connected and supported whenever needed.
• Our place is immersed in the jungle, 90 meters above sea level on a breezy hill: to reach the property you'll have to drive a steep dirt road, a 4X4 car is compulsory! Having a 4X4 car will also allow you to safely visit amazing places in Costa Rica that are impossible to see with a 2 wheel drive, due to lack of paved roads beside the main ones.
